Assessment (Gap Analysis)

Design & Documentation

We build the management system and procedures, tailored to the way you actually operate — not off-the-shelf templates that fit nowhere.

Implementation & Training

We support roll-out in practice and train your team. We run an internal audit to make sure everything works.

Audit & Certification

We prepare you for the accredited body and stand by you at the audit, so you pass the first time and receive your certificate.

How long does ISO certification take?+

How many years is the certificate valid?+

The certificate is valid for 3 years. During that time the body performs 2 annual surveillance audits, which we prepare you for.

Do I definitely need a consultant?+

It is not mandatory, but it is highly advisable: it saves time, avoids mistakes and dramatically increases your chances of passing the audit the first time.

Who actually issues the certificate?+

The certificate is issued by an independent accredited body (e.g. ΕΣΥΔ accreditation). We prepare you impartially and stand by you at the audit.

Will there be a lot of bureaucracy?+

No. We design a practical, lightweight system tailored to how you operate — we document what adds value, not “everything”.
